Anantha Krishnan has over 36 years of experience in international development, including 15 years with the UN in Nairobi (UNEP and UN-Habitat), focusing on youth empowerment, policy, research, and program management. He has consulted for the Norwegian Government, developed strategies for UNIDO, and authored a position paper for UN-Habitat. He has conducted housing market studies in Myanmar, Mozambique, and Tanzania. Currently, he is involved in setting up a Youth Entrepreneurship Award with organizations in China and the UN, and works with ICEED Nigeria on clean fuel initiatives. Anantha has lived in Tanzania, India, Kenya, and the UK and is a Norwegian national of Indian origin with strong African connections.
